ROLINGEXILE. Weather Change

It’s a beautiful and sunny August morning, only 10:30A.M. and already in the mid 20s. I am sitting outside a café overlooking Swansea Harbour, a full cup of coffee in front of me and my laptop at the ready. The view is simply breath-taking, and the atmosphere is perfect. All this in preparation for my review of the new ROLLINGEXILE album ‘Weather Change’.

After the release of 2019’s popular ‘Shadow Hero’, ROLLINGEXILE are back with a new album and, in my opinion, a much heavier and even more grown-up record with their new release ‘Weather Change’.

The album opens with the boogie inspired ‘Shot Down’, very reminiscent of Quo at their best. I just love how Tommy Brundage’s harmonica adds the cherry to the track at just the right moment. ‘Rock And Roll Girl’ hits a more traditional ROLLINGEXILE note. Simple, yet edgy verses leading to a lovely chorus and a superb guitar solo by Federico Bianco ...   Pete's Rock News And Views 

... die Londoner Indierockband ROLLINGEXILE macht bei der diesjährigen "WEATHER CHANGE - THE RETURN 23"  Station in Witten.

Die Tour startete im Mai mit 2 Konzerten in Italien. In der Folge bis Oktober : England, USA, BRD und Irland. Die international besetzte Band präsentiert dabei überwiegend Songs aus ihren 4 Alben.

Der Frontmann, Charlie Hallinan, machte sich einen Namen als Drummer der Dubliner Bands BERLIN und U2.
